1. Shipping Origin & Processing Time
All orders placed on the RunCam website are shipped from China. Overseas warehouse shipping is currently unavailable.
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after successful payment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Both methods include tracking. Expedited shipments may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another available carrier.
Delivery estimates exclude order processing time. Customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, and public holidays may affect delivery times.
For Post Office Air Mail, parcels may be delivered to a local pickup point. Customers are responsible for collection according to the carrier’s instructions.
Romania: Only Expedited Shipping is currently available due to transportation restrictions.
3. Shipping Fees
All fees below are in USD.
Post Office Air Mail
For most supported destinations:
- Merchandise subtotal of US$15 or more before discounts: Free base shipping.
- Merchandise subtotal below US$15 before discounts: US$5.99 base shipping.
The free-shipping threshold excludes shipping and additional charges.
Canada: A US$5.99 base shipping fee applies regardless of order value. The US$5.99 low-order-value fee is not charged again.
Separate rules apply to orders containing additional batteries.
Expedited Shipping
- Base shipping: US$29.99.
- United States: An additional US$15 handling fee applies.
- The US$5.99 low-order-value fee does not apply.
Additional Batteries
Additional batteries are spare batteries that are not installed inside a camera, including batteries packed separately in the same parcel as a camera. Built-in or already-installed camera batteries are excluded from this fee.
Each additional battery carries a US$7.99 shipping fee.
- Post Office Air Mail: US$7.99 × the number of additional batteries. This replaces the normal base shipping fee for both battery-only and mixed orders, regardless of whether the merchandise subtotal reaches US$15.
- Expedited Shipping: US$29.99 + US$7.99 × the number of additional batteries.
Applicable import, declaration, handling, or remote area charges remain separate from the battery shipping calculation.
Remote Areas
Post Office Air Mail deliveries to remote areas may incur an additional US$5.99 surcharge.
Expedited Shipping remote area surcharges depend on the carrier. RunCam will contact the customer before shipment if an additional payment is required.
4. Import Charges & Customs Clearance
United States
Advance import tax charges are calculated at checkout based on the merchandise amount:

These charges are additional to applicable shipping and handling fees and cover the shipment’s import taxes.
Customers are generally not required to pay further import taxes or arrange customs clearance. In exceptional cases, customs or the carrier may request supporting information or documents. Customer cooperation is required when requested.
Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States. Available shipping options depend on the destination and cart contents.
European Union — Post Office Air Mail
For orders placed on or after November 1, 2026, a US$6 product-declaration and handling charge per distinct declared product name applies.
The charge is based on customs declaration product names, not the quantity of units. Multiple units under the same declared product name are charged once.
This charge is calculated automatically at checkout. In most cases, no further payment is required. However, additional local taxes or charges may occasionally be assessed under destination-country rules. Such charges are outside RunCam’s control and are payable by the customer.
European Union — Expedited Shipping
The US$6 product-declaration and handling charge does not apply.
Customers are responsible for cooperating with customs clearance and paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges. This also applies to shipments to Romania.
Other Destinations
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for applicable destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.
Checkout Display
Shipping fees and applicable battery, handling, import, declaration, and remote area charges are combined in the shipping amount displayed at checkout. These charges are not itemized separately.
Free base shipping does not waive other applicable charges.
5. Delivery Requirements & Restrictions
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including the address, postal code, email address, and contact phone number.
- English characters are recommended for shipping details where possible.
- Address changes are generally unavailable after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping does not support PO Box addresses.
- Battery-containing orders may be shipped separately or subject to destination restrictions.
- Failure to provide required customs information, pay applicable destination charges, or accept delivery may result in return or disposal. Customers may be responsible for resulting costs.

How long does delivery take, and is tracking included?
Both shipping methods include tracking. After shipment, Post Office Air Mail typically takes 15–20 business days, and Expedited Shipping takes approximately 7 business days. Processing time is not included. Customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, and public holidays may affect these estimates.
When is Post Office Air Mail free?
Post Office Air Mail is free for most destinations when the merchandise subtotal reaches US$15 before discounts. Orders below US$15 are charged US$5.99.
Exceptions:
- Canada: US$5.99 base shipping applies regardless of order value.
- Orders containing additional batteries: Only battery shipping fees apply instead of normal base shipping.
- Remote area surcharges and applicable import or declaration charges may still apply.
How are additional batteries charged?
Each battery not installed inside a camera carries a US$7.99 shipping fee. Built-in or already-installed camera batteries are excluded.
- Post Office Air Mail: US$7.99 × number of additional batteries. No normal base shipping fee is added, even for orders below US$15.
- Expedited Shipping: US$29.99 + US$7.99 × number of additional batteries.

What shipping and import charges apply to United States orders?
Advance import tax charges are calculated on the merchandise amount: 25% for Post Office Air Mail and 50% for Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping also has a US$29.99 base shipping fee and an additional US$15 handling fee. Other applicable charges may apply. Customers generally do not need to pay further import taxes or arrange customs clearance, but must provide supporting information if requested. Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States.
How does the European Union US$6 charge work?

For other destinations, customers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges unless otherwise stated.
Why does the checkout shipping amount include more than the base shipping fee?
The shipping amount displayed at checkout combines shipping fees with applicable battery, handling, import, declaration, and remote area charges. These charges are not itemized separately. Free base shipping does not waive other applicable charges.
Do remote areas have an additional fee?
Remote-area Post Office Air Mail deliveries may incur an additional US$5.99 surcharge. Expedited Shipping remote-area surcharges depend on the carrier. RunCam will contact you before shipment if an additional payment is required.
Are there delivery restrictions or pickup requirements?
Romania currently supports Expedited Shipping only. Expedited Shipping does not support PO Box addresses. Battery-containing orders may ship separately or have destination restrictions. Post Office Air Mail parcels may be delivered to a local pickup point, where customers must collect them according to the carrier’s instructions.
