1.Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from RunCam Customer Support by emailing run@runcam.com. Please advise your order ID/email address used for the order and reason for the return;

2. Package products along with a copy of the RMA form and write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address provided by RunCam Customer Support;

3. Provide tracking number of returned parcel to RunCam Customer Support for replacement or refund.
