Note:

  • The warranty doesn’t cover the damage caused by external forces, for instance, crash of your drone/quad-copter/sailplane, lightning strike, power surge, misuse, tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks, falls, ect..
  • Claim for full refund after 30 days will be rejected. Hence, please check your order once receiving product.
  • Please pre-pay postage to return the order. We will credit back the shipping cost to you after receiving the return product.
  • Please send back all the parts and accessories when you return the product(s). Otherwise, we don’t accept refund or replacement. If necessarily, we will charge you extra money as depreciation fee.
  • All RunCam warranties will be only applied to the purchases from RunCam web-stores.
  • Returns will be rejected unless clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number supplied by the RunCam.com.

1. What are your return instructions?

1) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from RunCam Customer Support by emailing run@runcam.com. Please advise your order ID/email address used for the order and reason for the return;

2)Package products along with a copy of the RMA form and write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address provided by RunCam Customer Support;

3) Provide tracking number of returned parcel to RunCam Customer Support for replacement or refund.

2. Can I get refund if I am not happy about what I bought?

Yes. At any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you could contact RunCam Customer Support to return the product(s) for refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase. Please kindly note, you will pay for the postage to return the product(s).

3. What can I do if the product is defective?

Please feel free to contact RunCam Customer Support by emailing run@runcam.com and provide details regarding the issue. We will offer technical support to help resolve the issue. If the product still doesn’t work, we will arrange free repair or replacement for you if your purchase is still under one year warranty.

4. Will you still help if I bought the product(s) over a year ago?

Yes, we will treat every customer the same and offer the best service we could to help regardless of the date of purchase. You will receive free technical support and offer free repair if needed but you will be responsible for the shipping fees and any other costs.
